Visual Identity Case Study
Breaking New Ground is a leadership program for senior executives, built around the idea of innovation, exploration, and transformation. The brand needed to embody the mindset of forward thinkers — those who don’t simply adapt to change but actively create it.
The name itself carries a strong metaphor: to break new ground means to open paths, challenge conventions, and explore the unknown. The project required a visual system that could translate this philosophy into a modern, strategic, and inspiring identity.

The main challenge was to design a brand identity capable of capturing both leadership and exploration — two opposing but complementary forces. The identity had to: Communicate strength and stability while feeling dynamic and forward-moving. Resonate with an executive audience yet remain human and inspiring. Work consistently across multiple platforms: print, digital, and environmental applications. Build an emotional connection through storytelling and visual language aligned with the brand’s mission: leading change through vision and courage.
In short, the challenge was to visualize the act of leading transformation — turning the abstract concept of exploration into
a concrete, memorable brand system..
The new identity for Breaking New Ground succeeds in visually capturing the brand’s essence: the courage to explore, lead, and transform.
By combining geometric precision, vibrant color contrast, and a storytelling-driven visual language, the identity positions the brand as both strategic and inspirational — a symbol of forward motion and visionary leadership.
Ultimately, Breaking New Ground is not just a name, but a statement of intent — a brand that invites people to step beyond what’s known and lead the change.
